We aim to provide a high standard of medical care in a friendly and professional manner. You can help us achieve our aim by following the suggestions made to ensure that appropriate services can be provided when you need them most. Patient Message:

Dr Mona Hamal retired from Estover Surgery on the 31st March 2019. Dr Hamal has worked at the practice for many years and will be missed by staff and her patients.

As Dr Richard Olaiya is now the Sole Partner, all Dr Hamal's patients will be moved onto his list. This will provide continuity of care for Dr Hamal's patients.

Dr Hamal's patients, like Dr Olaiya's, will be able to see any of our four practitioners.

Our new Acute Medical Team consists of:

  • Dr Fitter, who has many years of experience working as a GP in the NHS
  • Sarah Gilbert-Smith, who is a highly trained medical specialist in urgent care
  • Sandy Gidley, who is also a highly trained medical specialist in urgent care

Dr Olaiya will be working his normal days

Patients may feel they prefer one particular clinician and, appointments permitting, we will try to accommodate that preference.

Each of our clinicians has a different specialty, and as such we feel that we have a well rounded team. We hope that this will be reflected in a better service to our patients.

We Welcome New Patients

Please share the message that we are welcoming new patients, who live within our boundary, with your family and friends. New patients can pop into the surgery and pick up a registration form and information leaflet. Or you can download the Registration and New Patient Questionnaire here (add both documents above here) Bring these completed documents into the surgery with one photo proof of ID and one proof of address.

Thank you for your continued support.
